La Maison Clayton Shagal does not recommend, guarantee and disclaim any liability resulting of non-compliant use of its products, or any use in combination with competing brand of skin care products. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by combining our products and any other skin care products you risk an incompatibility which could result in harmful skin reactions.
To ensure that you receive the quality you are paying for and that the products are authentic Clayton Shagal, we recommend purchasing exclusively from estheticians or registered physicians in a Salon, Spa, Institute or Beauty Salons that is duly authorized (hereinafter referred to as “authorized partners”).
La Maison Clayton Shagal SELLS PRODUCTS ONLINE EXCLUSIVELY ON claytonshagal.com and we recommend that you do not purchase Clayton Shagal products from sellers that are not on the list of authorized partners. La Maison Clayton Shagal cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of Clayton Shagal products sold by non-authorized sellers and disclaims any liability for the customer’s dissatisfaction under such circumstances.
All purchases of Clayton Shagal products sold by NON-AUTHORIZED SELLERS and online stores are not approved by La Maison Clayton Shagal and usage of such products may carry health risks. NOTICE TO CLIENTS FROM THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, CANADA, AND CALIFORNIA STATE, USA:
We regret to inform you that Clayton Shagal has been a victim of fraud. We recently learned that expired Clayton Shagal products have been sold illegally this year, exclusively in Ontario. To counter these illegal sales, please be aware that all products, for either resale or professional purposes, that come in white and silver containers (former packaging) or are labelled with a batch number starting with 3, 4, 5 or 6 are expired and should not be used or sold.
If you are a customer living in Ontario who has purchased expired products in 2019, we encourage you to contact the salon or individual who sold you the products and to send us their information via the “Contact us” page on our website, www.claytonshagal.com. If you are a professional or aesthetician and you have expired products in your possession, please contact the Ontario authorized distributor as soon as possible at 1-877-330-8524.
